First Day of School!

Okay, so I'm hearing from some of you that you can't check out the slideshows because you have dial-up internet. So I'll go back to posting some regular pics. Sorry it takes me so long to update my page. I have a myspace and facebook pages so I forget about my blog sometimes.

Things are awesome. We are all doing great. Hayden turns 19 months in a couple of days. She is talking so so much. We are having a blast with her right now. She is one funny kid.

Anyhow, here are some new pics. If you'll notice, Hayden is doing her new supermodel look in a few.

Summit 2007

Here is a slideshow from church camp this last week. We had so much fun and God really revealed himself this week. Hayden had a blast, I don't think she's ever gotten THAT MUCH attention. It was great.

It's been awhile

I apologize. I was actually in the car riding home tonight and thought, "I haven't updated the blog lately." So I'm really sorry.

Anyhow, here are some various pics. Some are from Kerry's family reunion. Some are from around the house. Hayden successfully climbed/fell out of her crib today. She is quite the monkey. Looks like we will be upgrading to the toddler bed soon.

Our trip to Tennessee

Over spring break this last weekend we drove to Collierville, TN to stay with our friends that just recently moved there this last December. Hayden and her buddy Reese had a good time together. (We used to let the girls play together once a week when they still lived in Collinsville.) Anyhow, Reese had a bunch of cool toys and Hayden loved it. The first picture is Hayden and her Daddy playing in Reese's tent. The next picture was taken in Collierville's Town Square.

The last picture needs a little explanation. Hayden got sick over the weekend. She and I were laying on the couch because she felt bad. In the picture Reese was petting her head and trying to comfort her. It was so sweet. I was amazed that babies that young can already feel and show compassion for others.

We had a really good time.

This was Hayden's Valentines outfit. Anna (Hank's girlfriend) got it for her.

Hayden's Party

Here are a few pictures from Hayden's postponed birthday party 2 weeks after her big day. We had a barnyard theme, that's why the cake has cow spots. It was really cute!

Also, Pam, yes I remember you. I actually have a funny story. One time I was in from college and I went to granny's house. Era Mae was there and she didn't recognize me and she said, "is that Pam?" So apparently she always remembered who you were too!

Hayden is 1!

This was Hayden's actual birthday. We were originally going to have her party on her birthday at granny and papa's house, but the ice storm hit that weekend. So, we made her some cupcakes and had our own little party here at the house.

A wonderful lady in our church used Hayden as her "model" today while someone job-shadowed her. She does all kinds of pictures from baby to weddings. Anyways, these are a couple of samples she did of Hayden. I can't wait to see the rest!
